无意之中在网上看到这部视频，歌手并非什么超级巨星，仅仅是个刚被淘汰的American Idol选手。但被淘汰以后，反而这首为他量身定做的曲子却在网络上广为流传，因为他不是在唱歌，而是在讲述自己的故事：
歌手Chris Medina曾经是Starbucks的服务员。他向和她约会8年的女孩求婚以后，女孩却因为车祸使脑部受到重创，致使智力只有2岁，生活完全不能够自理，但Chris仍然不离不弃。而参加American Idol，就是想赚更多的钱让妻子接受更好的治疗过上更好的生活。
